As a service to you, we will calculate the storage space required based on your detailed inventory list.
Units are allocated on a “first come first served basis”. A unit will be reserved once we receive your signed lease agreement and proof of payment
We do not provide transport services, you will need to arrange your own transport
All the major insurers are prepared to cover your goods while they are in storage. This is a direct contract between you and your insurer. We are happy for you to invite your insurer to inspect your unit and our storage facilities.
The lease agreement runs on a month-to-month basis and renews automatically on the first of each month, unless one month’s written notice is provided.
